1/2 cup flour
2 flax eggs
1 cup panko breadcrumbs

For the lime dipping sauce:
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with
parchment paper.
2. Slice the avocados into wedges.
